Silicon Fen Resourcing havean immediate contract opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager/Service Transition Manager with an organisation implementing SAP S/4 HANA.To ensure the seamless transition of services, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to manage Service Delivery, Service Design and Service Transition on a day-rate contract basis.

The successful Service Transition Manager will:

• Establish and strengthen support processes for SAP S/4 HANA.

• Ensure end-to-end model clarity and understanding across IT, business functions, and vendors.

• Prepare the organization for a smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU) post-hypercare support.

• Enable the program team to progress with planned future deployments without getting stuck in support activities.

As Service Transition Manager you will have experience of:

• SAP S/4 HANA service transition on a global scale
• Service design for the SAP S/4 HANA platform
• Running a service delivery model to agreed SLAs
