We are working with a technical managed service provider client of ours, who are on the lookout for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their growing team.

The company itself is close-knit with brilliant training opportunities and chances to progress.

The office is based in Somerset and my client is looking for a successful candidate to come into the office, after probation is completed you can work on a hybrid basis.

Alongside a salary of £23,000.

Your role will involve,

• Being the first responder to server incidents and requests
• Logging & resolving tickets but also escalating when needed
• Providing quality customer service to our clients
