Are you an experienced senior product design leader ready to make a mark in the E-commerce/retail industry? My client are a revolutionary subscription company on the lookout for a dynamic individual to lead our Product Design team for an exciting opportunity.

Your Impact:

As the Head of Product Design, you'll play a crucial role in supporting business development, managing the design life cycle, and implementing best practices for our design team. Leading client pitches, company-wide presentations, and operational objectives will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You'll inspire and lead the Product Design team, ensuring the creation of exceptional products that delight our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design process and implement best-in-class procedures for a collaborative and innovative team.
• Drive rapid learning through design, solving customers' most important problems.
• Design and test new products based on consumer insight and a deep understanding of technology and business objectives.
• Ensure all products meet brand standards and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with our brand agency to redefine brand identity, standards, and design systems.
• Promote cross-functional communication between the product management team and senior stakeholders.
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Embody our values and management competencies daily, setting an example for the team and supporting their career development.

Your Skills:

• 8+ years in Product Design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience managing a diverse Product Design team, owning and delivering a user-centric design process.
• Proven background in delivering world-class consumer-facing products with a portfolio of UX-focused work samples.
• Successful collaboration with technical and commercial partners.
• Excitement for challenges and creating something new.
• Confidence across a range of user research methods.
