Your new role
Our client is looking for a 2nd line field engineer to join our team and provide IT support to our clients across the Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire area. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving various IT issues, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to Windows, Office 365, Azure, Intune, Cisco, and other IT systems. Additionally, you will be documenting and reporting IT incidents and solutions, escalating more complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong 1st and 2nd Line experience
• Full UK Licence/Car and willingness to travel to sites based in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire
• Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Azure and InTune
• Working knowledge of networking technologies such as Cisco Routers and Switches

What you'll get in return

• Annual Salary between £33,000 - £36,000
• Travel expenses can be claimed
