- Assist in installing, updating software, managing inventory, and aiding in hardware upgrades.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Collaborate on various IT projects, contributing to system upgrades and software rollouts.

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and willingness to learn, adapt, and attention to detail.
