Contracts Director - Gas Construction - NEC Post Contract

A typical day would be .

* Dealing with escalated commercial queries.

* Advising project teams on contract strategy.

* Meeting with team to discuss contract issues, personal and team development.

* Meeting with Contractors to discuss issues, opportunities & future strategy (CIMs).

* Providing updates on performance to various business forums.

* Work with Project Director to provide advice and guidance on commercial matters.

* Gather data to inform the long term supply chain strategy.

My Purpose is to

* Obtain best value through our contracts

* Defend value post contract award

* Build relationships with the Supply Chain

* Support the project teams in delivering the capital plan

* Build and foster a team of commercial experts
