Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-profile project for a leading company.

The role is outside of IR35 and is fully remote.

Project Context:

Working with the delivery teams in support of migration of Jira Service Desk functionality into the client's Service Now platform.

Project summary: A managed service cloud platform currently operates using an instance of Jira Service Desk. This is used for ticket creation, triage, and to trigger automations via webhook to a custom automated solution. This include Identity Access Management (IAM); Cloud service provisioning; as well as other L1/L2 service activity.

Key deliverables:

Migration of existing services and functionality from JSD to SNOW

Development of Service Now functionality to enable automated Cloud service vending (Azure subscriptions and. AWS Accounts)

Tech Stack/Role Deliverables:

Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including Scripting, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies.

Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and configuration.

Experience with ITIL processes and practices.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques (REST, SOAP, Webhooks etc.).

ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer, are highly desirable.

Design and implement ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Configure and customize the platform to meet specific business needs and improve user experience.

Ensure data integrity and security by implementing access controls, data policies, and compliance measures.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide technical support, and maintain system documentation.
