Web Development Lead (C#, .NET Core) - London (Hybrid), to GBP £90k

Web Development Lead required for our client, a tech driven, award-winning E-commerce company based in London.

You will be managing a Team of Developer, both Front End and Back End. Our client are looking for candidates who have previous experience in managing a Development Team with strong C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Provide leadership, management, guidance and mentorship to a team of Developers.

• Leading the Team, ensuring that web products are completed on time to a high standard, ensuring best practice.
• Remain hands-on providing technical guidance to the team on Front End technologies.
• Communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Working closely with the Back End/Full Stack/Front End Developers to ensure that project goals are met.

Experience required:

• Experience working with C# .NET Core
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS Front End experience
• E-commerce experience or landing pages focused teams, projects
• Have a good understanding of web and Front End performance optimisation
• Any experience of using SPA Front End frameworks would be an added bonus.
• Lead experience - strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams (including offshore teams would be desirable) and managing stakeholders/owning the delivery.
