VMware Consultant, Horizon, Design/Deploy, SC, 2 Months, ASAP, Onsite London, Outside IR35, £Good

Our client is looking to design and implement a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solution over 2 environments, and will use VMWare Horizon as the chosen platform which will reside in each environment. The solution will be deployed onto an already established vSphere environment. This is initially for 8 weeks but may extend further. Ideally this will be someone working at consultant level who has designed and implemented VMware horizon as a solution for previous customers. The role will require leading customer workshops to capture the specific requirements, develop a suitable design for the solution, and executing the implementation. A final handover will also be covered to ensure the client are satisfied before the live environment is fully handed over to them.

The Person:

To be successfully considered for the role, you should possess the following:

• Active Security Clearance (SC) which has not lapsed
• Currently work at Consultant level and have previous, demonstrable experience of implementing VMWare Horizon solutions for customers
• VMWare accredited
• Good Knowledge of VMware Dynamic Environment Manager, VMware Unified Access Gateway
