A globally recognised electronics manufacturing company are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across Customer Contact Management and Omnichannel projects. This role will work acorss different divisions where you will collaborate with multifaceted teams on end-to-end projects. Providing new initiatives as well as continuous improvement concepts.
The right candidate will have extensive project management experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 focussed projects and programmes.

The Role:

• Manage projects independently, ensuring communication with the team is clear and concise
• Lead projects using a mix of Prince 2 and Lean Sigma
• Responsible for full project tracking to ensure delivery and quality assurance is met
• Produce and maintain key project documentation
• Provided consistent stakeholder engagement
• Work with IT to manage and deliver system developments and IT functional changes
• Produce transition plans to ensure change is accepted, Embedded and sustained
• Contribute regularly within team meetings

The Requirements:

• Extensive project management experience
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential
• Proven track record leading and implementing projects and change initiatives within a medium to large scale organisation
• Solid experience in Prince 2
• Ideally accredited in Lean Sigma Green belt or above
• SAP4Hana experience beneficial
• Commercial awareness across target operational models, market factors and commercial business KPI's
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Full UK right to work; no sponsorship options available

The Overview:

• Up to £65,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Fulltime permanent position
• Flexible hybrid role: 1 - 2 days in office
• Hatfield, Hertfordshire office
