Head of Certinia:

A global management consultancy are in the midst of a Certinia PSA rollout and are seeking a Head of Certinia to recruit and manage the Certinia support function, as well as suggesting additional phases and implementing Certinia to other business units.

Certinia has been chosen to replace a number of ageing tools and is part of a broader transformation to modernise and integrate their tech stacks to help them scale at speed. In an ideal world, you'll join before they go live with Certinia in February and then lead the further build out of the system, shifting the majority of resources for the programme inhouse.

This is a hybrid role - ideally you'll be in their London office 3 days/week, however applicants who are further afield will also be considered.

The successful applicant will be expected to have:

• A strong understanding of the Certinia Professional Services product.
• Core Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Previously led and managed a global team.
• The ability to configure Certinia/Salesforce where necessary.
• Excellent business analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Core responsibilities of the role include:

• Recruit and manage a dedicated team of 10+ Certinia resources.
• Individual performance reviews, recommending training and supporting growth.
• Manage external vendors who are supporting the development of Certinia and Salesforce.
• Scoping for new enhancements and improved business processes.
• Reporting and auditing.

Location: London

Salary: £125,000 base + 15% bonus + 12% pension
