I am currently recruiting for an IT Manager for an organisation in Leeds. This is a varied role that requires someone with a broad IT background who can take full ownership of the organisation's IT estate, with both technical knowledge and the ability to be business facing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT operations, including the support and maintenance of the IT estate
• Working to provide support and technical guidance on IT strategy
• Monitoring
• Application support
• Data maintenance and writing data queries
• Build long term relationships with outside outsource teams and suppliers for IT related products and services.
• Implement, manage and report on performance against SLAs and operational KPIs
• Evolve the IT operations team, processes, and strategy to continuously improve and meet the needs of the growing business

To be suitable for the role you should have the following experience:

• Proven experience in an IT Management role
• Experience of advising organisations on IT strategy
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• A broad technical background including:

- Windows Server

- O365

- Telephony

- PowerBI

* This requires someone willing to work on premises 5 days a week and cover any out-of-hours support where needed.
