Senior Infrastructure Project Manager - London/Hybrid - Salary up to £70,000

My client is a Global IT Digital Support company, looking to hire a system' driven Senior infrastructure Project Manager to own and lead multiple complex system integration projects within the Project Management office Department. The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for the delivery through pilot of all the required solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Create drafts, costed plans and documentation of project proposals for medium complexity projects.
• Develop high- level delivery approach through effective work breakdown structure.
• Lead team collectively and collaboratively - encourage and supervise junior team members
• Developing template standard project inflation documentation and implementation schedules with assigned stakeholders.
• Show ownership of E2E solution and increase innovation when tasked to deliver the customer's requirements.
• Managing term-based delivery of project objectives

Key skills and experience:

• Holds Certification in following Project Management standards: PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ).
• Demonstrable experience leading and owning multiple, simultaneous projects and to develop relationships with key customer contacts and project stakeholders
• Knowledgeable on Global E2E solution delivery and optimising customer expected benefits
• Proficient understating of Project management principles, stakeholder communications, project governance, risk/change management and compliance
• Displays effective leadership through critical incident response within the project context
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience as a Project Manager (eg, Technical PM, SCRUM Master, Agile Practitioner) Or Project Lead for medium complexity projects.
• Strong understanding of Customer Empathy and Senior Stakeholder Management
• Proficiency in MS SharePoint, MS Office, incl. MS Project Enterprise/MS Project Online and MS Visio
• ideally has second language knowledge speaking in French or Spanish
