Hungarian and English speaking Service Desk

We have a great opportunity for fluent Hungarian and English speaker to join a large IT organisation based in Hampton, Peterborough. This is an onsite role

This role is offering a contract to begin with, with a view to becoming permanent in the future. It is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic organisation looking for career driven people.

The successful candidate will join a large team, working on a Help Desk offing IT Support. This is a shift based role working 7.5 hrs on a rota basis between the hours of 06:00 - 18:00, including weekends. (Two weekends every month)

The ideal candidate will have a worked in an Customer Services or call centre or IT services environment. However, candidates with a passion for IT, along with a good level of customer service experience and ability to learn process driven IT activities will be considered.

You will be fluent in Hungarian and English speaking, with strong all round communication skills. This is essential and will be tested during interview.
