The Opportunity:

An initial 6 month engagement across a number in-flight projects for a central government end-client, that requires an experienced consultant, ideally with a track record of ServiceNow platform delivery.

You will be involved business partnering in the Discovery and Alpha stages for the ServiceNow platform, helping build a three year roadmap, for the deployment of features as well as backlog refinement and prioritisation and its core features.

N.B. Candidates will have or be willing to undergo a basic level of security clearance prior to starting the role.

Skills and Experience:

• Solution design governance and assurance experience including generating high level design documentation and supporting design artefacts to meet organisational technical design assurance and risk requirements
• Background in Architectural Design and Engineering Delivery
• Ability to write investment schedules for the next c3 years based on ServiceNow core features eg IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) and align the features with the tech strategy as a whole
• Experienced in agile working and coaching others to work in an agile way
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand, empathise with, negotiate and influence individuals and groups such as the ServiceNow delivery partner
