Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in the development of blockchain-based web services, utilizing C# and Docker. Ensure the team follows best practices and maintains a high level of code quality.
3. Blockchain Expertise: Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies, tools, and trends. Apply this knowledge to improve our products and services. Collaborate with the blockchain development team to create and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications.
4. Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. Define project objectives, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
5. Infrastructure and Hosting: Manage the infrastructure, deployment, and hosting of web services. Optimize hosting solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of blockchain technologies into our products.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance engineering efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams in a technical, blockchain-focused environment.
• Strong expertise in C# development and Docker containerization.
• Extensive experience in blockchain technology, with a deep understanding of smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Proficiency in cloud services, hosting, and infrastructure management.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
