Associate Director of M365 Platform and Services Lead

SALARY: $200k - $240k plus 10% bonus

LOCATION: CHICAGO - on site 3 days a week

Looking for a candidate to the oversee implementation and adoption of the platform. Strong leadership to lead the development of the M365 platform. You will need 10 years in an enterprise m365 platform environment. preferred in a global capacity

This is a technical associate director role. This role will oversee implementation and adoption of the M365 Platform and Services including the core services and the support/implementation model while working with other leaders on roadmap development. implementation of standards, and governance. In addition, this role, working alongside of Enterprise Architecture, will work with senior leaders to develop and architect strategic initiatives that align with the organization's overall Cloud Strategies and Objectives.

• This role requires the ability to lead this area with little to no guidance; able to collaborate with others to set direction, goals and objectives and then lead the team to achieve them.
• Lead the development of an organization's M365 Platform, including develop the service, domain architecture that enables the Business and the Architecture Vision, in a way that addresses the stakeholder concerns.
• Define roadmap components for M365 Platform and services based upon gaps between the Baseline and Target Data and Integration Architectures
• Ensure that the M365 services are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain M365 governance, standards, and guidelines to ensure that the organization's M365 platform is secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of technology solutions that meet the organization's needs.
• Identify areas for solution, capability improvement and implementing strategies, roadmap to address them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and participate in prioritize initiatives.
• Stay up to date with emerging M365 technology trends and developments and evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
• Communicate technology target state, roadmap and development progress to your leadership and other stakeholders.
• Develop and/or lead change management efforts across all phases of projects and initiatives to drive the Firm's culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise M365 Platform, preferred in a global capacity.
• Strong knowledge of M365 applications, security, architecture, governance concepts, & frameworks.
• Experience developing and implementing governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards.
• Proven change management skills, Technical M365 Operations, and work with managed services providers
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and IT cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading a team of 3rdparty architects, and technology subject matter experts.
• Proven change management skills.
• Preferred: M365 and Azure Certifications including Security & Governance
• Preferred: Any Azure Cloud Service Provider certification related to Data/Information capability
