Senior Manager, Office of CSO

Salary: Open + Bonus

Location: Chicago, IL

Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree. Masters preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience working in Finance, Project Management, Information Technology, Security, or related field.
• Big 4 consulting experience preferred
• Developing and leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Aligning projects to business priorities.
• Proven change management skills.
• Leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CSO with content development and strategy.
• Collaborate with Finance department to facilitate continuous improvement of financial reporting and information delivery methods. Facilitate change management of processes and deliverables.
• Conduct business process analyses of functional areas to improve quality of service and achieve efficiency. Develop recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in the development of project documentation and project teams for major initiatives. Provide project management for certain initiatives.
• Developing organizational mission, objectives, milestones, and plans with little supervision.
• Independent and persuasive business writing, probing key issues, drawing customer to issue identification.
• Builds strategy and focuses on six months to one-year plans.
