Project Manager - up to £60k basic + bonus - Permanent - Hybrid

I am recruiting for a Project Manager with experience delivering technology, change and/or process projects within a transformation or programme environment for an exciting opportunity with an industry leading company.

Delivering complex and high-profile business change projects within a programme environment.

Working closely with the Programme Management Office regarding governance structures, issues and risks as well as dependencies and to ensure the project is aligned to the broader programme strategy

Developing and maintaining outcome focused project plans that have the buy-in of the project teams and can be effectively communicated to key stakeholders

Leading and managing large, multi-functional, cross-organisation project teams, including management of 3rd parties

Engaging and communicating effectively with all key stakeholder groups within and outside of the project, seconding people into the team as appropriate

The successful applicant will have:

Experience managing projects/delivering workstreams across a number of business process change and technology areas within a broader transformation programme environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills

Worked previously within a Programme Environment and have a good understanding of the governance structures within a large programme along with dependencies, reporting, managing 3rd party suppliers and interaction with a PMO.

A demonstrable track record in business change management as part of project delivery

PRINCE 2 project management qualification or equivalent

5+ years project management experience in a business change/transformation environment

This is a hybrid role with 2 days/week required on customer site in High Wycombe (flexibility around which days). The rest of the time will be home based.
