• Translate business strategy into technology strategy and ensures alignment of platform requirements with concrete use cases. Responsible for the technical design of the solution.
• Provide a technical roadmap for implementing digital solutions.
• Ensures timely adoption of new technologies where relevant through research and continuous improvement.
• Partner with transformation to develop flexible, responsive and scalable cost improvement ideas new functionality.
• Constantly look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo.
• Design and guidance to project teams on technology strategy related to technological architecture of digital solutions.
• Hands on and engage with the business to help the team to develop the solution and solve all surfacing problems at hand Identifies and removes technical impediments.
• Work with Product Owner to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack.

Requirements:

• In depth knowledge of current IT development tools, paradigms, and methodologies
• NHS EXPERIANCE
• Deep tech knowledge around platform architecture, Front End and Back End frameworks and cloud.
• Strong understanding of health and social care and the wider technology industry.
• In depth knowledge of Interaction design (how users understand and use systems).
• Extensive knowledge of MS Azure, AWS and other cloud platforms
• Developed communication skills for delivering key messages to a range of stakeholders both internal and external (including outside the NHS) to the organisation, some at very senior level
• Able to design distinctive, intuitive creative artifacts (eg, wireframes, task flows, screen mockups, prototypes)
