A well known Engineering consultancy firm are looking for an ambitious and hard working IT Support Technician to join their team working on providing first class support to the business as a whole.
You will be working for a rapidly growing organisation who have become market specialists in a number of industrial fields such as Aerospace, Defence and Rail to name a few. They are a global entity with facilities spread across 15 countires and offer a fantastic platform for an IT Support Technician to forefill their true potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
* First point of internal and 3rd parties regarding IT Support managing tickets
* Manage Active Directory
* Respond to all Windows products issues - Office, Outlook etc
* Manage business applications supporting the ticket system.
You will become key to the internal success and ability of the business to function to its high standards.
If you are interested you will have the following criteria:
* IT Support experience
* Knowledge of Windows, Office, Active Directory, Word, Excel etc
* Hardware support - Laptops, PC's, printers etc.
