HR Business Partner (6-Month Contract)
Location: North Midlands, (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
Salary: £400 - 500 per day (outside IR35)

Key Skills: CIPD Level 5 qualified, NPPV3 cleared, (current or lapsed) OR SC cleared (current)

Are you a skilled HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification, (or higher), and have current or previous experience working for a public sector organisation where you held either NPPV3 or SC level clearance?

Our customer is a very high-profile Public-Sector organisation who are about to embark on a major transformation project. They require an HR Business Partner for a fixed period to support the transition to the new organisational structure, providing support to the senior leadership team across all aspects of HR and workforce management that will subsequently be impacted by the transformation.

The role will include:

  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to both management and employees.
  • Driving the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handling various employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Conducting HR investigations as required.
  • Driving recruitment initiatives and developing the onboarding process.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR team to enhance HR processes and practices.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
  • Current or lapsed NPPV3 clearance, (alternatively current SC clearance)
  • 5+ years' experience in an HR advisory/consultancy role.
  • Possess sound knowledge of UK employment law and current HR best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be adaptable to both independent and team-based work.
  • Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
