With a focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, they are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Architect to join them on our exciting journey.

Job Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to architect scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions that meet the unique business needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
Design and implement complex Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, including customization, configuration, integration, and data migration.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project life cycle.
Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Architect.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture, configuration, and customization.
Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Proficient in integrating Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with other systems and applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM are a plus.
