Method Resourcing have partnered with a heavily data-driven and AI focused business who are the one of the leading international rail and coach travel companies who are looking for a dynamic Data Governance Lead to build an Operating Model Design for their business.

The role:

Design a lightweight and robust data governance operating model with appropriate policies, standards and training for data management and plan and execute the roll-out of the operating model across the entire organisation.

Ideal candidate experience:

• Experience of designing a modern, pragmatic data governance model appropriate to the scale and risk profile of an organisation.
• Expertise in writing practical standards and policies that will maximise impact and minimise overheads.
• Expertise in managing complex projects involving the data governance life cycle including areas like data retention.
• Experience of creating simple and memorable materials to support training in the operating model, policies and standards.
• Solid understanding of privacy law and underlying principles as they apply to data management.

Contract:

• Day rate: £550 Per day - £600 Per Day
• Contract: 2 months initially
• Start: ASAP
• IR35: Outside
• Location: 2 days a week located in City of London
