As such, they are now urgently seeking an Interim Operations Support Engineer.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing technical support on our products to our clients and engineers. You will also work closely with the production team on the technical aspects of assembly of our products. You will provide technical support on our products to our clients and engineers and analyse data from our system and provide comprehensive reports to our clients. The role will also be responsible for collaborating with the production team on the technical aspect of assembly of our products and utilise your IT and administrative skills to ensure smooth operations.

What you will need to succeed
Ideally you will have a background in HVAC, or a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with experience of supporting users remotely. You will possess strong IT and administrative skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. You will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and will work well in a team and on their own. You will not only be technically proficient but also have a strong understanding of our products and the needs of our clients.
