SAP FI Lead - 12months + - Madrid

We are looking for a results-driven SAP FI Consultant with a proven track record in implementing and managing SAP Financials (FI) solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality SAP FI consulting services to our clients, ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation of SAP FI modules. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should possess strong managerial skills to lead and guide a team of consultants.

Responsibilities:

1. SAP FI Implementation:
   • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FI modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
   • Provide expert guidance on SAP FI configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
2. Project Management:
   • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of SAP FI solutions.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Manage and mentor a team of SAP FI consultants, providing guidance and support throughout project life cycles.
   • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP FI Consultant with a focus on implementation and configuration.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in managing SAP FI projects from initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; SAP certification is highly desirable.
