Customer Account Executive
Customer Account Executive - customer support, IT systems, Excel - is required by fast growing and highly successful organisation.
Role Overview
This organisation uses various systems and technologies to deliver its services to clients. The systems allow library jobs to be ordered and marketing campaigns to be specified, tracked and reported on throughout the full life cycle from creative artwork to final closure.
These systems are supported by the Workstream Implementation team, as well as other teams like the developers and infrastructure. The Workstream Implementation team liaises with clients, deals with user issues, sets up data, and leads on enhancement and change requests.
Due to increased volume of work a vacancy has arisen in the Workstream Implementation team in providing support to both internal and external stakeholders on their systems and technologies. This will include liaising with system users to support them and take on their feedback/additional functionality requests, turning these into development specs. The role will also include testing of development and communicating changes out.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the support queue, addressing user queries and providing support.
- Setting up data across systems to enable clients, suppliers, agencies and other users to access and obtain our services.
- Testing of changes and data to make sure systems are stable and performing correctly.
- Proposing solutions to system and client requests.
- Supporting the implementation of new clients in to the business.
Skills & Experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Soft skills of customer relationships.
- Experience working with Workstream would be ideal but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively both with clients and internal users.
- Note that Workstream has many capabilities, and each client has its own implementation, so the role calls for someone with broad memory and ability to match new situations to existing functionality.
Person Qualities
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Cooperative and flexible in approach.
- Responsive to change and adaptable to different work situations.
- Ability to build and develop excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Other Information
- Role is based in Waltham Cross, with occasional visits to other sites as required.
- Occasional out of hours work to support the business.
