IT Support Lead:

A leading telecoms company is looking to add an IT Support Lead to their current team. This is a permanent role based in central London. You will be leading a team both in the UK and internationally across other offices the company has globally. This role will require you to be both hands on and able to lead the team. You will have line management of the technical support team.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading teams of IT support professionals.
  • Experience working in a Microsoft environment.
  • Proven and extensive experience incident, problem and service request management processes.
  • Extensive experience in IT hardware and End User Support.

What will make you stand out:

  • Fluency in another language eg. French.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven record of developing/helping more junior members.
