Cloud Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an experienced AWS Platform Engineer to work on a new project for a leading UK organisation.

You will be working as an AWS DevOps engineer on a high profile UK Government project, so previous experience working on Government projects desirable. You would need to be eligible for SC Clearance - this will be arranged and paid for by the employer.

The role is offered on a hybrid remote basis (Reading office 2 days/week) and is paying £70-85k salary.

• CI/CD pipelines, Groovy Scripting, AWS Services + Linux infrastructure environments.
• Building/maintaining deployment tools, monitoring, troubleshooting + resolving issues in the dev, test + production environments.
• Ensuring robust deployment/release processes so applications are packaged and deployed effectively.
• Engaging with key stakeholders including software developers, testers, product owners + Central DevOps.
• Applying Agile principles to automate + streamline applications deployments.
• Government/GOV.UK domain experience strongly preferred.
• Must either hold active SC Security Clearance or be fully eligible to undergo the SC vetting process.
