Role: Cost Manager - SC cleared

Location: Whittington 1-2 days per week. Will look at someone to come in 1 day per month if further away - travel will not be paid for.

Rate: £450/day (Umbrella) MAX

Duration: Until 31/3/24

Security Clearance: SC

The Role:

• Undertake estimating of facilities management projects including infrastructure and utilities.
• Production of pre-tender estimates for FM contracts.
• Analysis of historical cost data for input into estimates.
• Extensive use of excel models.
• Liaising with wider stakeholders to gather historical cost data.
• Preparation of pricing booklets in excel format for issue to industry.
• Evaluation of tenders and production of tender reports

Skills/Experience:

• Construction based HND or above
• Proficient excel skills
• Water/Utilities knowledge
• Strong background as Quantity Surveyor/Estimator/Cost Manager
• SC clearance
• MRICS - desirable
• Knowledge of MOD estate - desirable
