Our client a global leader in the provision of technology software solutions is currently looking for a Sales Support/Administrator.

Sales Co-ordinators act as the connecting piece between the customer and the Salesperson like processing accounts and keeping track of customer information. They also perform administrative duties for the sales office, such as monitoring sales reps and organising sales results to present to higher management.

Sales Co-ordinators must be tech-savvy and have a strong eye for detail to accurately maintain a database of customer information. One small inaccuracy could cause a product not to be delivered and result in lost revenue. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will need to be comfortable & experienced functioning at an administrative support level whilst also having the ability to be very hands on'.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Creating & maintaining CRM accounts.
  • New client account set up and activation.
  • Assisting the Regional Sales Manager in mapping out processes
  • Assisting the Regional Sales Manager with onboarding Business Development Managers (BDM)
  • BDM performance tracking and analysis
  • Support BDMs in New Business set-ups
  • Identify & investigate potential prospects
  • Monitor as required, activity KPIs for the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Team
  • Allocating leads received by the Marketing Team
  • Create & run CRM reports to identify gaps in the market
  • Maintain and update sales content, ie tools, templates, training packs & presentations
