Digital Delivery Manager (DV Cleared)

We require a DV cleared Digital Delivery Manager, for a crucial role in supporting Points of Contact (PoCs) on various sites to seamlessly fulfil Supplier deployment Requests for Information (RFIs).

Responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of timely delivery throughout the deployment life cycle, managing approval processes between suppliers and Business Units, and conducting engaging 'Get Ready' and 'Go Live!' workshops through both on-site visits and virtual meetings on MS Teams.

As a Digital Delivery manager, you will lead deployment days, provide physical support at medium, large, and complex sites, collaborating with PoCs and installation teams to ensure flawless execution. Documenting and escalating any issues to the project team, along with registering amendments in the appropriate change log, will be integral to your role.

Your expertise will be essential in capturing and documenting Lessons From Experience (LFE) from site deployments, contributing to future deployment strategies, and maximizing opportunities for continual improvement.
DV clearance is essential for access to high classification areas, you'll assist in coordinating (escorting) and self-installing Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) in sites where delivery partners are restricted.

Key Skills/Experience:

• DV Level Security Clearance
• 5+ years of Delivery Manager experience
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management and diplomacy skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Teams, SharePoint, and Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident presenter, capable of delivering engaging briefings via MS Teams
• Project Management Qualification (eg, APM PMQ) or Qualified by Experience (min 5 years)
• Clean driving license, willingness to travel throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays required.

Previous military/defence experience would be highly desirable.
