Deerfoot IT Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Risk Manager to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This Full time Risk Manager hybrid role is based in Bath, with 1-2 days per week in the office, and it offers a salary of up to £75k and excellent benefits.

As a Risk Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering and maintaining an enterprise risk management framework.

In your first few weeks in this Risk Manager role, you can expect to:

• Work with senior 1st-line colleagues to complete risk management processes
• Manage risk to the organisation, its employees, customers, reputation, assets, and stakeholders' interests
• Build an effective risk culture and support business functions.

To apply for this Risk and Compliance role, you must have technical risk expertise and an excellent understanding of operational risk management in a financial services environment with experience in operating R&CSAs and KRIs.

You will also require the following:

• End-to-end experience in financial risk management
• Control, test and implementation experience
• Experience producing reports
• Confidence in attending live instances.
