Infrastructure Manager required by a market-leading digital technology business who continue to grow exponentially.

My client partners with an enviable list of clients and due to ongoing growth they are at the point where they need a dedicated Infrastructure Manager to oversee their whole IT environment. Their environment is based across two sites (London and Brighton) with the physical data centre based on the Brighton site (running Kubernetes and OpenStack), with some physical infrastructure on both sites. They have a great technical setup generally, with their cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS using all core AWS components - S3, IAM, RDS, Redshift, EC2, EKS, Cloudfront and RabbitMQ. Their laptops are a mix of Mac, Windows and Linus and they also use AD & LDAP.

As the new Infrastructure Manager you will be a part of the leadership team and oversee the whole technical environment used by around 200 staff who have amazing amounts of passion for their work.

We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager with the following skills:

• Must have been working at senior or Lead level with prior decision-making responsibilities
• You should specialise in IT/cloud infrastructure rather than networking infrastructure
• Commercial AWS experience is important as this is a main part of their environment
• The ability to commute to London or Brighton when needed is essential (but the role is going to be mostly remote)
• Previous work with a scale up or fast-growing agency of a similar size would be a great bonus
