THE ROLE:
You will lead a dedicated team of data scientists ensuring key projects are delivered as per the business needs. As part of a wider data transformation programme, you will work closely with other data teams to define a deliverable data strategy. You will regularly meet with key business stakeholders to ensure complete understanding of their requirements are gained along setting out and managing expectations on what can be delivered.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have an extensive data science background gained working with various financial and/or data centric technology companies. You will have worked in a managerial roles, comfortable rolling up the sleeves when necessary, work well with non-technical stakeholders and constantly bringing fresh ideas that can improve your teams delivery capability including new data technologies and techniques.
