Digital Skills is pleased to be partnering with a high-profile consultancy that is a specialist in the telecommunication industry. Currently, we are in search of a ServiceNow Developer who has a proven track record of successful implementations in the telco sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet the specific needs of our clients in the telecommunications sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems within the OSS environment.
• Provide expertise in the telco sector to contribute to the development of innovative and tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our ServiceNow implementations align with the latest advancements in telecommunications technology.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Solid understanding and experience with the ServiceNow platform and exhibit hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong background in OSS (Operations Support Systems) with a deep understanding of telco-specific processes and workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and the ability to develop custom applications, modules, and workflows.
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems within the telecommunications ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ideally, you will be ServiceNow Certified.
