My client, a rapidly growing E-commerce agency, seeks an adept Project Manager with proven E-commerce experience. They cater to a diverse client portfolio, spanning Fashion, Homeware, Luxury, Gifting, Outdoors, Food, and Charity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead one of the four "Pods" within the company, each comprising a multi-disciplinary team focused on specific client sectors.
• Manage priorities, deliverables, and a build project within the pod.
• Conduct agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective communication with clients.
• Oversee Service Desk delivery, manage project budgets, and optimize delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and ensure effective use of project management tools (Jira, ClickUp).

Skills and Experience:

• +3 years of project management experience, preferably with Magento2.
• Clear communicator with effective client stakeholder management skills.
• Good technical understanding of websites and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in project management systems, especially Jira.
• Ambitious, organized, and passionate about E-commerce and digital innovations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
