SAP Change Analyst - Outside of IR35
Our client, a leading organisation and are looking for a Change analyst to work alongside the Change lead on a large SAP implementation programme.
Experience on at least one end to end SAP 4/Hana implementation is essential.
This role is mostly remote with some onsite in Belgium or London with expectations are once a month to Belgium and limited to London.
Position Purpose
As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the change associated with the introduction of technology and processes related to finance and billing.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement change management activities in line with the overall change management approach and plan to reduce resistance, drive adoption and increase benefits realisation.
- Supports the Change Lead in the development and delivery of a variety of change management activities including, but not limited to, stakeholder identification and mapping, high level and detailed impact assessments, change agent network, benefits mapping and BAU support plans.
- Supports the design, development, delivery and management of communications and training, through engaging with the Training Lead and communications team.
- Implement measures and controls to help ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Supports coaching of individuals to help them adapt to change.
- Assist with quality assurance reviews on in-flight change initiatives to assess change management delivery or diagnose issues.
- Work with Change Lead and overall development teams to overcome specific solution obstacles.
Essential Skills needed
- Min 3 years' experience of business change management.
- Experience participating in major business initiatives.
- Experience on at least one end to end SAP 4/Hana implementation.
- Experience of drafting engaging communications for all levels of an organization.
- Experience of completing a detailed impact assessment.
- Understanding of stakeholder mapping, tracking and maintenance.
- Experience of delivering change and embedding into business as usual.
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
- Practical, hands-on personality.
- Ability to work in team-oriented environment.
- Experience of managing change across a global organisation, and working remotely.
- Able to run virtual workshops
