Hands-On VIP Desktop Support Team Leader - Banking
Prestigious London based Financial Services client are looking for an accomplished Hands-On VIP Desktop Support Team Leader to be the escalation point for the team and provide high level of support.
You will be leading a team of three desktop engineers providing VIP White Glove Support to the Trade Floor, VIP's and Senior Management.
Hybrid Working on offer.
Requirements
- Recent Team Leading experience within a Professional Services sector.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Take ownership of tickets and call queue; ensure calls are managed, allocated, escalated and resolved within SLA's
- Strong hands on technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 2019-Office365, Windows 10 - 11 and Active Directory management
- Microsoft Exchange administration
- Blackberry, BYOD support
- VMWare & remote support
- SCCM - Package and deploy software in line with the business's needs.
- Blackberry/Remote Support - Support users remotely that are working from home (WFH).
