IP Transport - European Technical Support Center (ETSC) Ops Technician - £30-£35/hour - Inside IR35

Hybrid Role - London

We require a IP Transmission Support DWDM/SDH professional to provide, own and manage Tier 2 support for the EMEA customer base. Supporting the product portfolio consisting of Transport, IP and Ethernet ensuring that all faults, planned work and activation requests are carried out to comply with SLA's and internal process.

The successful Candidate:

• Requires expert understanding of IP Networking specifically Cisco and where possible Nokia/Alcatel and Juniper.
• Significant experience working on Data/IP Networks within an operational environment; completing 2nd/3rd level diagnostics across multiple technologies and vendors.
• Demonstrative experience in Incident Management and Service Operations environments.
• Experience in SDWAN and SASE technologies, specifically Versa software, but any knowledge would be advantageous.
• DWDM/SDH - Demonstrated experience such as Nokia/Alcatel/Ciena
