For one of my clients in Spain, I am looking for a SAP HR Manager to join a project on an initial three month contract for a project with long term scope.

Location: Madrid

Start-date: ASAP

Responsibilities includes:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP HR modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
• Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HR solutions.
• Manage a team of SAP HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Dealing with budget management.
• Management of eternal clients.

Required skills & experience:

• Fluent English Speaking.
• Proven experience in SAP HR implementation and management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules and functionalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
