Linux Support Specialist
Linux Support Specialist | Hybrid (3 days in West London HQ) | £50,000

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Linux, preferably CentOS/RHEL.
- Strong knowledge of Shell Scripting or other Scripting languages (eg, PERL, Python, PHP).
- Competence in IP, HTTP, and DNS.
- Experience with high-availability systems.
- Familiarity with large-scale web applications.
- Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team and be self-sufficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Linux tools and Scripting for troubleshooting live production issues.
- Manage hardware and software migration.
- Provide first-line support and issue triage for client-side integrations across various platforms.
- Install software and deliver on-site support to clients.
- Participate in customer projects, assisting with the onboarding.
Please note that candidates must be independently authorised to work in the UK.
This role is office-based for 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
