Summary of what we are looking for in the Zscaler Technical Lead role.

• The Lead TDA/Technical Lead is the overarching technical lead for the project working hand in hand with the PM and the Global team to deliver the project.
• This person will be responsible to drive the local integration requirements and technical delivery, making sure the solution is fit for BOI and for our in-life services teams, and making sure all the other technical resources are delivering to the required standards and objectives for our customer.

The technical lead will:

• work with all SME TDAs to complete an end-to-end Low Level design.
• work with the PM to complete a full technical work breakdown structure.
• identify any technical gaps and risks as they arise and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
• provide technical leadership within the team and in front of the customer.
• provide design assurance to ensure we deliver all elements of the solution as defined in the LLD and Service Design.
• sign off on the final delivery that all technical components have been delivered as designed.
