Security and Compliance Manager required by a market-leading digital technology business who continue to grow exponentially.

My client partners with an enviable list of clients and due to ongoing growth they are at the point where they need a dedicated Security and Compliance Manager. This is an exceptional role with a totally greenfield responsibility to create and upgrade their current environment. You'll work alongside the CTO so will be able to make your own decisions over all cyber security and compliance matters. ISO27001 is also being introduced, so a hard requirement will be previously having rolled this out for a prior company.

As the new Security and Compliance Manager you will work across several fantastic cross-functional teams and senior management who have amazing amounts of passion for their work.

We are looking for a Security and Compliance Manager with the following skills:

• Excellent career history in cyber security and compliance
• You must have rolled out ISO27001 previously
• The ability to commute to London or Brighton occasionally is essential (but the role is going to be mostly remote)
• Strong understanding of security tooling and practices, and the ability to educate others
• Strong knowledge of compliance best practices and how to communicate these
