Currently working with an Industry leading energy solutions organisation who are on the lookout for a IoT focused Software Development Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis. You will lead a team of 20 driving forward technological solutions by developing smart, sustainable products with a focus on the well-being of people.

Responsibilities:

• Building, maintaining and aligning the businesses IoT platform development capabilities
• Leading and line management of the Software Development team members both in UK and Scandinavia
• Driving of high quality IoT platform development together with the Architecture, User Experience, Cloud Development, Hardware and Operational Excellence teams
• Technology, tool and process alignment of the different product and solution development areas

Your Attributes:

• Strong background in IoT solution development e2e including Firmware, Embedded & Application development of the on premise IoT Gateway and/or other IoT components
• Experience in leading product development teams
• Experience in leading Agile software and/or hardware development
