System's Administrator
System's Administrator - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Hybrid - London
My client who are unique retail business are looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator on an initial 6 months contract, to join their team based in London 2 - 3 days a week. Please note this role is paid via an umbrella company/PAYE. As a Pensions Administrator you will be responsible for end to end pension administration processes and supporting members by delivering thoughtful service in line with operational standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a highly regulated environment - please note pensions experience is desirable, not essential.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for maintaining accurate employee pension records on the company's HR and Payroll system.
- Working proactively to investigate, plan and install system based measures to automate standard admin processes (ie letters, reminder alerts, workflow etc.
- To act as first point of contact for pension scheme administrators and for all staff pension queries ensuring that all enquiries and corresponding documentation is handled sensitively and professionally.
- To provide highly detailed information on procedures as and when required, providing informative advice and guidance.
- To communicate standard pension scheme information in an appropriate way to members and prospective members.
- To ensure member statement details are correct and where there are queries ensure effective and timely liaison with key parties including the HR team, Payroll team and administrators to resolve queries on membership records
