Salesforce Consultant
Salesforce Consultant - 3 Month Contract - London, UK
This client is looking for a Salesforce Consultant to come in and analyse their current Salesforce platform, liaise directly with business stakeholders, understand requirements and make changes to the existing system allowing them to get the most out of their Salesforce investment.
You should have experience of working in a close-knit business and able to make suggestions on how the platform should be configured based on business requirements as well as having proven experience working with RevOps & integrating Salesforce to accounting software.
Responsibilities of the Salesforce Consultant:
- Analyse the existing Salesforce system and recommend best practices to make the platform more efficient
- Design complex data models and tailored solutions in Salesforce, scope projects and present findings to stakeholders
- Lead requirement gathering sessions as part of the design & scoping phase of the project
- Analyse and make changes on the integration to 3rd party accounting software
- Configure and customise the solution based on business requirements
- Know what good looks like for a custom Salesforce platform
Experience of the Salesforce Consultant:
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud
- Proven experience working in a close knit team, understanding key business objectives, suggesting best practices and making the required changes in the platform
- Gathered requirements, defined, designed and implemented custom Salesforce solutions
- Comfortable with the set up and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Strong ability with Configuration and Customization
- Experience working on integrations with accounting software, Xero preferably
- Salesforce certifications are appreciated - Admin & Sales Cloud Consultant are an advantage
