IT Help Desk Support: 6 Month Contract - Coventry

Interviewing now for an IT Help Desk Support Technician for a 6 month contract based in Coventry. You will be the point of contact for end users to provide support for the organization's IT hardware and software related issue. This role will allow you to work in multiple technical areas providing onsite support where the issue has been referred by 1st line support. This is an office based role at the clients office in Coventry with some Adhoc travel to other delivery branches. Please note this role is part time with 20 hours being the minimum.

Skills

• Previous onsite support at enterprise level with both hardware and software
• Working towards SLA's providing resolution on Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Expertise working with MAC's, Mobile both IOS and Android devises.
• Proficiencies with Cloud, O365, Infrastructure and Network related issues
