Job Description:

Position: IT Support - 1st Line

Location: Isleworth, United Kingdom

Contract: 2-3 months

Rate: Up to £120 per day (Outside IR35)

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support for our global client's employees.
• Assist with O365 and Active Directory issues to a 1st line level.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a seamless support experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in 1st line IT support.
• Proficiency in O365 and Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Isleworth 3 days a week.
