SAP SuccessFactors ECC (Employee Central) Solution Analyst

The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS/SC security clearance level for this role.

Any UK regional office/hybrid remote with occasional travel to Portsmouth

Leading engineering support services company is actively recruiting for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Analyst to work closely with customers to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SuccessFactors functionality through technical and business process knowledge.

Responsibilities for the position of SAP SuccessFactors Solution Analyst include:

Leading regular reviews with regards to SuccessFactors releases, enhancements/new functionality, end of life plans/updates and perform application research.

Create and communicate to the SuccessFactors Solutions the details from the releases/enhancements/new functionality and end of life products in a timely manner

Lead and deliver all bi-annual release, ensuring all areas are communicated and tested by both SF team and HR business.

Work with the Service Desk, SuccessFactors Administrators, HR and Shared Service Centre teams to facilitate incident, problem resolution and SF releases/upgrades

Ensure all Service SLAs are met for the SuccessFactors solution.

Essential experience for the position of SAP SuccessFactors ECC (Employee Central) Solution Analyst

Needs to have SF configuration experience - needs to be hands on.
Interact with end users so work with them to implement solution
At least a few of the modules EMPLOYEE CENTRAL and ideally one other
Some integration experience would be good.
Must have worked on releases, test bi annual releases comes in twice a year which is split amongst the team.
Present the lines back and move back to the business as they go through the cycle.
Good written and communication skills.
Experience working with an incident management system so needs to be used to working in an environment with support element to it.
Having hands on experience.
Bulk uploads importing data into the system import and export.
What checks to bring data into the system.
What checks before you upload into production
Worked in governance.
Impact assessment what the solution will be.
Defining the requirement with the business to do build, unit test, user acceptance testing.
Support the support team that deal with incident and work orders (advice/guidance etc)
Look after inter company transfers.
